Prices shown on the website are fixed, all-in prices for the listed services. Some items are marked as "POA" (price on application) because the final cost depends on the vehicle, condition and parts required. Any additional work required after inspection will be agreed with you before it is carried out.
4. Booking and cancellation
Preferred dates and times submitted through our enquiry form are requests only and are not confirmed until we agree a slot with you directly by phone or WhatsApp. If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
5. Parts and workmanship
We use quality parts and fluids appropriate for your vehicle, including BMW-approved grades where specified. We stand behind our workmanship and will address any concerns you raise with us promptly.
6. Vehicle collection and liability
You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is roadworthy and legal to drive to and from our workshop. We take reasonable care of vehicles while they are in our custody, but we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by factors outside our control.
7. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed when your booking is confirmed. Work will normally be released once payment has been received in full.
8. Intellectual property
